A big pile of leaves + six kids = pure fun!

I've had a very very busy week. I finally had a full evening to address wedding invitations for my friend's daughter's wedding. I love weddings.

And then we were treated to a pretty sunset.

A stop along the causeway gave us this brown pelican drying off after a day of diving and eating.

It was dark once again when I left work, so I snapped this look down Dauphin Street between Conception and Joachim. It reminds me of a photo that hangs in our office that was taken by Eric Overbey ca. 1940 of the same location.

I had a busy day beginning in a fog and ending with darkness.
