Another long day (6 games) of basketball. Baseball has begun and today was a perfectly beautiful day. I would rather have been on the field than on the court, but I saw at least two fantastic games that were nail-biters, so no regrets. I had to cover our regional basketball tournament on Friday and Saturday and am wading through photos from a dozen basketball games. I hope to be caught up soon. I did pick up a couple jobs for a newspaper in Dothan, The Dothan Eagle--no by-line, but a new newspaper just the same

Today was a long 19-hour day--eight games at the South Regional Basketball Finals. Yes, my feet hurt and I was dead on my feet, but it's always worth it if you're at the right end of the court when there's a slam dunk.
I covered the first four games of the South Regional Basketball Finals for the AHSAA, mainly for the Final 48 program and website. I'm not very good at basketball photography, but always enjoy watching the court action
