And look what I found while I was out shooting my apple ... cedar waxwings!
I saw this flock of birds in the trees and, unlike black birds who are loud and obnoxious, these birds were peeping in a quieter, higher pitch. When I noticed them going after cedar berries and showing yellow bellies, I figured the cedar waxwings had made it here. I ran in and got my long lens. Although it was overcast, I got a good light shot and kicked up saturation a bit to show them off. Yay!!
