My car battery went out and Dave had to drive down to Mobile to get it jumped off. Now, that's not as easy as it sounds. I searched for a picture to take and happened upon these Maypop flowers (Passion flowers). They even had some mature fruit. I popped one open and indulged. It was pretty good. It contains fruity seeds, much like a pomegranate, which have the taste of sweet Meyer lemons. Next time you find a Maypop flower, try some of its fruit.
