The Cherokee Roses are beginning to bloom. I'm sure you'll be seeing more in the future.
Happy birthday, Darlene, Connie and Sarah.
We had a wonderful Easter service. They had to change things a bit since Dave couldn't lead the service, but everything turned out perfectly. Glad to have hubby and Matt singing beside me in the pew. :)
First rose of the season. It's not the best, but we've had a full day and got home with little good daylight. My husband had a heart attack about 17 years ago. He's done well since then, running about 25-30 miles a week. He just recently starting feeling tired and today felt some tightening in his chest, shortness of breath, and a cold sweat--classic symptoms of a heart attack. The gym is just a few blocks from the doctor, so he went in to be checked. They didn't find anything, so he has to go in for a heart cath on Wednesday. Needless to say, your prayers are much appreciated.
A single rose left at one of the tombs.
