Last night was the beginning of the best viewing of the Geminid meteor shower. We had a clear night and I wanted to photograph it, but was too tired. I simply went to bed. I decided I would try tonight, but did not anticipate the clouds. LOTS of clouds and so, no, I didn't see a single meteor and didn't get a very good picture either.
This is my first try at star trails. I think I left the shutter open too long and used an ISO that was too high (too much noise), but there should be several more clear nights before the end of the year, so I'll try it again.
